One Totem is our team’s umbrel­la brand. It’s what you’ll see in many of our com­mu­ni­ca­tions and documents.

Our com­pa­ny is reg­is­tered in the US and Spain and we oper­ate in both coun­tries as a local company.

Take­FortyT­wo is our main agency. Ecom­merce ser­vices, with tec­ex­per­tise and top notch part­ners, deliv­er­ing design, sys­tem inte­gra­tions and ecom­merce devel­op­ment, as well as main­te­nance and sup­port ser­vices. Most of our clients are based in the Unit­ed States or the Unit­ed King­dom. We’ve been Big­Com­merce part­ners since 2010.

Duck­DuckChimp is dif­fer­ent agency with­in an agency. Focused on email and mar­ket­ing automa­tion, and part­ner­ing with lead­ing brands like Klaviyo, Bre­vo, Con­nec­tif, Mailchimp, Kle­vu, GetRe­sponse or Dotdigital.

The 4‑day workweek

Since 2021 our team works 32 hours a week, in a four-day sched­ule. We’re pio­neers ifor­mat in Spain and we defend it, despite the shame­less polit­i­cal noise around it.

4dias​.es is the lit­tle side project where we talk about the ben­e­fits, chal­lenges, pros, cons and reg­u­la­tions of the 4‑day workweek.

The cold num­bers say this prac­tice is good for you, as our future client It’s sim­ple: In order to make the busi­ness work with 20% less work­ing hours, we were forced to opti­mize process­es and oper­a­tions enough. This requires dis­ci­pline, com­mu­ni­ca­tion, effi­cien­cy, avoid­ing last-minute patch­es, being proac­tive and hav­ing a deep col­lab­o­ra­tion spir­it. Plus, we come back every Mon­day ful­ly recharged, feel­ing renewed and ready to work at full speed.

In case you’re won­der­ing, we can also tell you it’s been out­stand­ing for our teateam’s sat­is­fac­tion index is way above the indus­try aver­age and our turnover rate is near zero. This makes us high­ly com­pet­i­tive when it comes to attract­ing new talent. 

Since the adop­tion of the 4‑day work­week our com­pa­ny has tripled its size, dou­bled busi­ness and improved every KPI.

Our ways 

Our head­quar­ters are in Madrid, but our team works from dif­fer­ent regions in Spaabroad. We’ve been ful­ly remote since 2013, way before the world went crazy and it became mainstream.
