Ecommerce design to boost
your digital transformation

Ecommerce websites on time and on budget through a painless project process we’ve refined over nearly two decades.

Meet RevAmp

RevAmp is an accurate, fast-paced project model that, combined with our expertise, paves the way for a top-notch performant Ecommerce delivered on schedule and on budget. Less time to market. Measurably better results for your team and your customers.

Our methodology drastically shortens the development cycle: pragmatic delivery, sharp strategy, and deep knowledge of how B2B actually works.

This is for you if:

  • Your brand is evolving but your Ecommerce lacks features, experience or is simply not up to your current standards anymore.
  • Your website is becoming increasingly more expensive, inefficient, slow to adopt new features, insecure, or a combination of all.
  • You’re growing and expectations are good, but your website is slowing your progress down.
  • Online business grew since COVID. It’s scaling and you can no longer wing it. You need a better, bigger & faster approach.
  • You have a clear picture of what success looks like to you but don’t know how to get there.

The timeline

We’re thorough because investing in planning makes work simple. Here’s how we (make it) work:

Phase I — Kick Guesstimations Away

Project success relies on solid planning. We're big on measuring twice to cut once. Our projects begin with a full Ecommerce Audit to help us understand the current state of your website, performance, technology, strategy and marketing.

It will give you a full roadmap including priorities, recommendations, improvements (within and beyond our project) and insights for future development.

Phase II ‑Minimum Viable Website

Covering 80% of the project in 90 days.
Most projects fail at the priority level. "Minimum" doesn't mean doing less; it means doing the right things at the right time, for maximum impact.

  • We'll suggest tools and processes that can speed up new content deployment and designs, reducing time to market 5x to 10x.
  • We'll work only on the key areas that guarantee positive impact of your buyer cycle.
  • We'll favor content, structure, and key features over bells and whistles to avoid SEO disruptions, downtime or unexpected bugs.
  • Then we choose whether to beta-test the MVP with real users, or go for an actual site launch.

Phase III — Delivery & Deployment:

Time for hugs, champagne and new ideas.
This stage covers:

  • Development, testing and deployment of any additional, non-prioritary features.
  • Advanced caching, refining code and other performance-oriented work to make your website as fast as possible.
  • Catching and solving any remaining bugs or imperfections.
  • Hand-off of any remaining accesses, permissions or platform credentials.
  • Hand-off of backup files and deliverables.
  • Hand-off of version control ownership.
  • Throwing a party. Hugging random people on the street (optional).

Phase IV — Training, Warranty & Hand-off

Giving you certainty and independence.
We'll monitor for bugs and performance closely, and fix any issues you might report as part of our post-launch warranty period. In the meantime, we'll give your team the tools they need to keep growing and improving the website.

  • Team training on every new platform.
  • Support ticket portal with top priority.
  • Transparent development and problem resolution.
  • Webinars and video calls to answer questions and monitor updates.
  • Final documentation and project closure.
