Land of a 1000 dances
or How we build digital solutions for a two-time Guinness World Record company

For 25 years, Young Voices has staged the largest children’s choir concerts in the world. Over two million children have taken part in a Young Voices concert. The company’s mission is to inspire the next generation to find their love for music.
For 10 years, our agency provided daily technical and digital strategy support for Young Voices. Our ongoing collaboration included multiple campaigns, three redesign projects, countless new platform features, and thousands of hours of support.
Our work helped the Young Voices team manage a year of choir training, and a hectic and inspiring season of concerts bringing over 100,000 singers together every year.
A website, online store, community, learning center and ticket manager. All in one.
The YoungVoices website has come a long way. When we started, our aim was simply to replace an old-fashioned Flash website with little to no features. Our first version was built in ExpressionEngine and Netsuite, with the ERP skinned for a seamlessly integrated experience.
The second iteration became much more complex. Using the powerful features of CraftCMS we were able to create a backend for the vibrant teacher community. A single stop to provide everything they needed to train the children before the concert. Songs, videos, choreographies, and faster support channels before, during and after concerts.
The third version evolved through a custom connector to Salesforce. Teachers could then buy tickets, merchandising, parents’ tickets, and any kind of concert-related product. They also received warnings and automated information about their event status, and all the safety and legal information necessary for these type of events.
Music is back!
Young Voices’ stood strong through the pandemic. As a company organizing public events with thousands of attendees, their business faced all sorts of obstacles. Through empathy, hard work and brave leadership they were able to continue supporting teachers and children, strenghtening their community and values.
The concerts returned in early 2022, and now things are completely back to normal.
