# Monthly Sprint Planning & Execution

Growth doesn’t happen in a single launch.

It happens through relentless iteration — testing a hypothesis, learning from the result, and going again. Our monthly sprint model is designed for exactly that: a tight cycle of planning, execution, reporting, and refinement that compounds over time.

Each month we agree on priorities, execute with full team access — design, development, strategy, marketing — and deliver a results report with time invested, outcomes achieved, and recommendations for the next cycle. No long-term lock-in. Just consistent, visible progress.

**This is for you if:**

- You have ongoing design, development, and marketing needs but don’t have the budget or desire for full-time hires across all disciplines.
- You’ve launched your ecommerce and now need a partner to keep it evolving.
- You want velocity without the overhead — a team that shows up every month ready to go.

**What you’ll get from this:**

- A dedicated team across design, development, and strategy — available monthly, no retainer bloat.
- A prioritized sprint plan agreed at the start of each cycle, flexible enough to adapt as the business changes.
- A results report at the end of every month: what was done, what it cost, what it moved.
- A compounding body of work — each sprint building on the last, each month better than the one before.

## Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a fixed monthly fee or does it vary by workload? It’s a fixed monthly retainer: the commitment stays predictable while the scope flexes with the priorities agreed at the start of each cycle. You’re paying for a dedicated team across design, development, and strategy that shows up ready to execute, not for idle hours. The end-of-month results report shows exactly where the time went.

We don't have a clear roadmap yet, can this still work?Yes, the sprint model is designed to build the roadmap as you go, so you don’t need a finished backlog on day one. Each cycle starts with agreeing priorities together, and the results report at the end of the month feeds recommendations into the next cycle. After two or three sprints, the roadmap writes itself from what the work is teaching you.

How is this different from hiring a full-time in-house team?A monthly sprint retainer gives you design, development, strategy, and marketing access without carrying full-time headcount across every discipline. You get a dedicated team that plans, executes, and reports in monthly cycles, sized to what each sprint actually needs rather than to a fixed org chart. When priorities shift, the mix of disciplines shifts with them.

Can we pause or cancel if priorities shift?Yes, there’s no long-term lock-in built into this model, so pausing or stopping is a conversation, not a contract negotiation. Each cycle is scoped, executed, and reported independently, which means the natural exit point comes every month rather than at the end of a long commitment. If your priorities change, the next sprint changes with them.

What do we actually get at the end of each month?Every month closes with a results report documenting time invested, outcomes achieved, and recommendations for the next cycle. It’s not a vanity summary: it shows what was done, what it cost, and what it moved, so you can judge the retainer on evidence rather than activity. Those recommendations then become the starting point for the next sprint’s priorities.

How soon after signing can the first sprint start? The first sprint starts as soon as the initial priorities are agreed together, which is typically the fastest part of the process. There’s no long onboarding phase built into the model: the same planning session that opens every monthly cycle is what opens the first one. From there you’re into execution, with the first results report a month later.
