Where are you based?
Since 2006, we have been servÂing US& UK clients from Spain — the most enjoyÂable counÂtry on earth if you like food, hisÂtoÂry, and good vibes. Our team is fulÂly remote, workÂing from five counÂtries in three conÂtiÂnents, on a 4‑day workÂweek schedule.
What does the four-day workÂweek mean to me?
All good things. We startÂed workÂing remoteÂly in 2013, way before it was cool, and since 2021, we’ve been operÂatÂing under a 4‑day week modÂel. It’s been a sucÂcessÂful adopÂtion for our team, our comÂpaÂny and our clients both by quanÂtiÂtaÂtive, objecÂtive meaÂsures and in qualÂiÂtaÂtive, perÂceived factors.
For you, this only means our team is big on orgaÂniÂzaÂtion, schedÂulÂing, resource manÂageÂment and priÂorÂizaÂtion. We take three days to recharge so we can be focused, fast, and effiÂcient the othÂer four. We set our deadÂlines in advance to avoid last-minute craziÂness and unnecÂesÂsary challenges.
WorkÂing MonÂday to ThursÂday does not mean you’ll be on your own the rest of the week. You’ll have ways to reach out if you face a major issue or need supÂport, but we minÂiÂmize the chance of these sceÂnarÂios through meticÂuÂlous, responÂsiÂble planning.
How do I know this will work?
We know what we’re doing because we’ve done it a lot. We’ve been in busiÂness for almost twenÂty years, and have designed speÂcifÂic, taiÂlored processÂes for each of our soluÂtions.
We schedÂule our projects at least three weeks in advance. This helps us run a tight ship, and calÂenÂdar. More imporÂtantÂly, we only move forÂward when we underÂstand our clients’ needs fulÂly enough to be conÂfiÂdent we can deliver.
Because we know how much is investÂed in these projects, we totalÂly get that it can be a bit nerve-wrackÂing. We’ve put sevÂerÂal meaÂsures in place to give our clients (and ourÂselves) some peace of mind. These include:
- Detailed Project Scope: Every project stage is clearÂly defined in terms of duraÂtion and scope in our StateÂment of Work (SOW). This means there are only two things that can make us miss a deadÂline: Acts of God and force majeure, parÂdon my French.
- TrainÂing & HandÂoff SesÂsions: Our projects include docÂuÂmenÂtaÂtion and onboardÂing for every new cusÂtomer, as well as trainÂing sesÂsions so you can take the reins if you preÂfer. We also offer mainÂteÂnance serÂvices that can be renewed every six months for ongoÂing support.
- Out Clause: After our DisÂcovÂery Phase, either parÂty can decide not to conÂtinÂue withÂout any comÂmitÂments. This ensures that we’re a good fit before divÂing deepÂer, and/​or that we part ways with no hard feelings.
- MinÂiÂmum One-Month GuarÂanÂtee: We guarÂanÂtee our work for at least 30 calÂenÂdar days post-delivÂery. If any bugs arise due to our work, we’ll fix them at no addiÂtionÂal cost. This gives us ample time to catch any malfunctions.
Who will I be workÂing with?
As soon as we all agree we’re a good match, you’ll be introÂduced to your Account ManÂagÂer. A proÂfiÂcient EngÂlish speakÂer and sinÂgle point of conÂtact in charge of underÂstandÂing your needs, priÂorÂiÂties and goals, conÂveyÂing them to the team, and makÂing sure we delivÂer accordÂing to expectations.
What’s your go-to eComÂmerce platÂform?
We’ve been BigÂComÂmerce PartÂners since 2012, and we’re one of the most endurÂing partÂners in the indusÂtry. We love the platÂform and its peoÂple and we feel comÂfortÂable recÂomÂmendÂing it to cusÂtomers. That being said, we’re a verÂsaÂtile ecomÂmerce agency and we’ve worked with and platÂforms before includÂing ShopiÂfy, Adobe ComÂmerce, Prestashop, NetÂsuite, among othÂers.

Do you work B2C webÂsites?
Though our speÂcialÂty and focus is on B2B, modÂern comÂmerce has blurred the lines comÂpleteÂly. B2B brands are going hybrid (B2B+B2C, +DTC, and any acronyms in between). Do you work with long-term contracts?
Yes, and no.
Yes, because most of our clients ultiÂmateÂly stick with us for the long run. Our parÂticÂuÂlar way of servÂing and partÂnerÂing with clients puts real valÂue into often overused attribÂutÂes like comÂmitÂment, loyÂalÂty, or creÂativÂiÂty. We’re true probÂlem solvers and have an impecÂcaÂble track record of posÂiÂtive impact for our clients’ orgaÂniÂzaÂtions, both in terms of results and peace of mind.
But no, we do not tie you to lenghty, comÂpliÂcatÂed or hostage conÂtracts. Our small print is not that small, and if at some point you decide to end our relaÂtionÂship you’ll be free to do so with a minÂiÂmum heads up. Our serÂvices are designed with this in mind, too. That’s why we help your team train, docÂuÂment and underÂstand our soluÂtions, so you nevÂer fall into a liaÂbilÂiÂty sitÂuÂaÂtion where you depend on us, like it or not.

It’s a wonÂderÂful, almost magÂiÂcal tool, but no replaceÂment — at least for now — for human intuÂition, expeÂriÂence, and their offÂspring, insight. Like everyÂone else, we’re still tryÂing to find our bearÂings around this revÂoÂluÂtion, and we’re tryÂing AI tools for code and conÂtent proofÂing, image genÂerÂaÂtion, large-scale prodÂuct automaÂtion, and othÂers. But under no cirÂcumÂstances will we resell fake thoughts made at the push of a button.
