# CTR

Click-Through Rate tells you how many people clicked on a link in your email out of the total number of emails delivered — whether they opened it or not. It’s calculated by dividing the number of unique clicks by the number of emails delivered, then multiplying by 100.

A low CTR means your message isn’t reaching or compelling enough at scale — time to re-think your subject lines, pre-headers, email design, or call-to-action. A high CTR means your email is doing its job from delivery to click.

CTR is your top-of-funnel diagnostic: it tells you whether your audience is engaging with your emails in the first place.
