The Project

Experience matters. It gives us trained instincts that help us know how to steer the ship during a project.

We’ve been around the block.

With more than five hundred projects delivered, we’ve built an agile and efficient way of working that cuts through the noise and improves results. It’s the product of nearly two decades working with highly demanding clients across four continents. You’ve probably heard us talk about this before. It’s not about some markets being better” than others. It’s simply the objective truth: modern ways of working put you ahead of the curve.

Here are some of the practices you’ll find with us:

Project Owner

We assign a senior lead who coordinates every part of the project and acts as your main point of contact. We also recommend you appoint a project owner on your side. Centralising conversations helps avoid unnecessary meetings.

Responsibilities and Requirements

We know your time is limited and we like to move fast. From day one we’ll be explicit about priorities, responsibilities, and requirements — including the ones on your side (access, information, permissions, licences, involvement of third parties, etc.).

Stage Approvals

This may be your most important responsibility. Our methodology requires stage approvals or checkpoints.” Once a stage is signed off, unless there are errors to fix, we won’t go back. That’s why your approval needs to be deliberate and definitive. Closing a stage means we can forget about it and keep momentum.

Exploration Phase

Every project begins with an exploration and audit, similar to what we include in our services. In this stage we:

  • Analyse the weakest points of the project — functions that bring the most uncertainty, whether due to technical complexity or lack of information (documentation, integration doubts, etc.).
  • Create tasks to test those weak points (API trials, research, support engineer interviews, and more).
  • Share our conclusions once these tasks are complete.

In our industry, 37% of projects fail because the scope wasn’t defined correctly. You’ve likely experienced this firsthand. The result is delays, overspending, and frustration on both sides, turning good work into a shared problem. By tackling exploration in depth from the start, we drastically reduce delays, scope creep, and other management issues. It lets us truly see what’s under the hood and adjust priorities or planning details as needed to keep the goal intact.

Task Management

Our current tool of choice is ClickUp, though we’re open to others if you prefer. To ensure smooth progress we recommend limiting unnecessary meetings and avoiding endless email threads where key information gets buried. We suggest:

  • Task-driven workflows
  • Asynchronous work
  • Short calls
  • Monthly catch-up call

The rest is straightforward. Our task and milestone organisation is simple and clearly defined.

Crisis Management

Sometimes things go wrong. That’s fine. We talk it through, adjust, and deal with it. You’ll have a team that’s highly communicative, committed to your satisfaction, and determined to resolve conflicts. We’ll expect the same from you. Problems are easy to solve when both sides know the intentions are good.

There’s a common thread that runs through all of this…
