The Go-Live

Entering the zero-improvisation territory.

Warranty

Every project comes with at least 30 days of warranty after launch. This includes:

  • Daily performance monitoring of the new website.
  • Weekly audits.
  • Bug fixing.

Incidents caused by third parties (software, other agencies, collaborators, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.

Maintenance

Maintenance is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended. During the project we usually build up a backlog of ideas, and it’s always best to develop them right after launch, while the work is still fresh and the team has momentum.

Our maintenance agreements are based on blocks of hours and include consulting time with our CTO. They are available starting from:

  • Six-month contracts, auto-renewable.
  • At least 25 hours per month.

That’s the standard. You’ll see we’re flexible and we may have offered something different in our proposal.

Collaboration

With or without a maintenance plan, you can always count on us. Partnership doesn’t end the day the project closes. We’ll be there to:

  • Keep you up to date on news from our shared technology partners.
  • Provide support and guidance whenever you have questions about the project.
  • Hold strategic conversations to continue shaping the future of your business.

We’re almost done. Just a couple more things about us.
